i was their add on craigslist and ordererd htc phone on www.handdeal.com. i sent thru western union for htc and in 2 days they asked me to send 130 tax fee for chinese customs. it is been a months that they promise me to semd my phone , but they keep telling me that my phone has problems with customks clearance. can fbi shut down their site?
