I was called and offered a savings plan free to review on Dec 13th 2011 and said I had seven days to review it which only got today Dec 19th 2011 and I called them and they said my seven days and charged me a none-refundable fee of 24.95 on my debit account and refused to reimburse me for it. They said they weren't responsible for the delay in the u.s. postal system which neither do I.

- my proof is on my checking account they took out on the 15 of this month on Dec 15th 2011.
