First off ordered a pair of shoes and they didn't fit so I wanted to return them. Easy return, that's a joke. Women took forever to send a return label becuase it wouldn't open up. I was probably on the phone for hour regarding this, twice! Then looked on my credit card and there was a charge of 39.95 from them that I didn't make. Called asked why there was and she gave me the same info saying that every month you had to make sure to cancel the month creidt button. I f you don't they charge you for every month that you don't! As everyone on this site has said there isn't any info saying about a charge to be a member or to just look at the shoes. So now I have 2 charges on my account for $70.00! One for trying to return and one just charged for the month of decmeber! I am so pissed now cause I have been screwed over and saw these posts about this company.

  • I understand that you are upset, as I would be too. Have an account but have never purchased a pair of shoes BUT on the website, it does tell you exactly that. You just need to read the FAQ section. Here you go:

Simply visit your Boutique between the 1st and the 5th of the month and select the Skip This Month option. Then you won't be charged that month. If you have a change of heart and would like to make a purchase, you can visit your Boutique at any time and make a selection even after you've skipped the month. You can only skip the month by visiting your Boutique; at this time, customers are not able to skip the month via voicemail or email. If you are new to JustFabulous and have not made your first purchase, your credit card will not be charged and you
