I ordered a sample from the internet and supposedly needed only to pay the postage and packing which I did. Then on 9 December they took a further £74.95 from my account. I immediately reported the incident to my bank (Santander) who investigated and now tell me that they cannot refund my money as I had already purchased a product from the company involved. Obviously my card has now been cancelled. Is there any way I can get my money back?
