This company needs to be shut down. I've bought lots of things online and NEVER had a problem. My complaint is the same as everything posted. Placed an order for 2 Android 2.2 Tablets. No correspondence until I sent a nasty email canceling my order. Then, I actually got a phone call. Their website states a 25% cancellation fee. I explained to the guy I'm canceling because I am unhappy with their service. He insisted on the fee and would not back down. So I said send me the product and I will never buy from them again. Then I get my products only to open them and see they are NOT NEW!!! The tablet has scratches and smudges on the screen. They were covered with foam and plastic wrap and there is a screen protector on it. But if an item is "new" it should not have ANY smudges or scratches on it. Of course, I tried calling and nobody answers and voice mail is all you get. How does a company like this able to stay in business. FYI their Better Business Bureau rating is "F". Stay away from this company!!
