Purchased and billed on 11/1/2011 the $5.00 for $10.00 Subway Gift Card. Fortunately, I used my PayPal account to pay.
I have been lied to several times by their customer service regarding delivery. Originally, before ordering, I telephoned and was told I would have it in 2-3 weeks, prior to December 1, 2011.
After my last "chat", I may not have it until December 30, 2011.

PayPal will "refund" me and take action, although they usually require a claim be filed within 45 days. If I give Savemore the benefit of the doubt, more than 45 days will have elapsed.

I contacted Subway direct. They referred me back to Savemore.

I've spent way too much time over this $5.00 for $10.00 gift card. I also have a pending order for the $6.00 for $12.00 Papa John's Gift Card.

I really want the cards, not the "refund", so am giving the benefit of the doubt that they are just incompetent.

We'll see.

But I do not suggest anyone pay them with an account they do not have full buyer protection from. If you decide to purchase, "cover your butt" is my strong advice.
