The did the same to me the renewed without my approval for $153.00. Due to this I now have $100.00 of overdraft fees. I called them to complain and to get my money back and they told me my account was sold to LA fitness without any notice or anything and to discuss the problem with them. A total scam, no one could help me, no manager wanted to talk to me on the phone and they passed me to an automated system saying " call LA fitness and deal with them" I called many times and they would hang up the phone, how ridiculous is that. They are the one that charged the renewal so they are the one to refund the money. I do not care what they did with my account after they charged me that is not my problem. I see complaints everywhere and what is the point of some contract if they can do whatever they want without informing the consumer, what a rip off!
