Bally's charged made a unauthorized charge to my credit card. I have been a member since 2003 and I have always paid my renewal if and when I decided to renew my membership. I do not have a contract nor, have I ever agreed for an automatic withdraw from my account.
This has caused a problem with my funds. I have insufficient funds and overdraft fees. I have contacted my credit card fraud department and I am willing to press charges if I get a chance. This is credit card fraud and Bally's should be held accountable.
