On November 28th I placed an order for 3 tablets, 2 car chargers, extra memory and cases. It stated that shipping was 7 - 10 days which isn't a problem. I received notice of the order being received and was told an email would be sent when it was shipped. I waited for the 10 days before contacting them and respectfully requested an update on the shipping status. I received a general email thanking me for contacting them and that someone would be in touch with me about it in a day, several days passed and still no word from them so I kept emailing them to no avail. I went online and found many other complaints about the company and began to get suspicious of being taken. I tried to go to the website to see how to cancel the order and all I got was "We'll be right back"....this has been the case all day long. At that point I got really nervous and contacted my credit card company explaining what was happening and we terminated my account to prevent charges being applied to it, a rather drastic measure, but at this point I feel this company is fraudulent in their business practices. The thing I am upset about is that this company was brought up by Amazon.com when I searched for the tablets. Now I no longer trust Amazon.com. I sent about 4 emails to the company to cancel the order and have yet to have a confirmation of it. Tomorrow I will attempt to contact them by phone to have proof for the credit card company. My next job is to contact the Better Business Bureau and place a formal complaint with them.
