I was contacted by Michael Cooper from BCA Recovery and he told me he would beable to get a refund from IVY Capital due to the fact that they did not do what they said they would do. No payment at the beginning but Michael gets 50% of my refund. He gave me a list of people to call as references for his company. I believed them. Those people may be working for him and told me lies or they are like me and didn't realize what scam they were a part of. I want to go after him along with IVY Capital but I don't know where to even start.

- I do have a letter that Michael Cooper sent to the credit card company that he made it look like I wrote it and sent it to them. I did not realize he did that. I tried putting it on here but it didn't work. Supposedly there are several other people with the same letter written by them via Michael. I'll be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to get more info.
