Joseph Belleme and Michael Cooper were to recover funds that were scammed from me from two other companies. I was to pay them 50% of what they recovered. I payed them & have just found that the funds from the other 2 companies were not fully recovered. So, now not only do i have the debt from the 2 companies I was scammed by, I also have the debt incurred by these two men. I have been severely financially damaged with $18,000 in credit card debt at 17.9% interest.
I have tried to locate these two men, yet their phones have been disconnected and their business phone answering service is not responding to any of my calls.
