This business called me telling me I had won $100.00 worth of "free" training in a drawing I never entered. I declined to accept the "free" personal training because I knew it was a scam. After telling the caller no he became very pushy asking me personal questions trying to get my info that was when I knew something wasn't right. I checked up on this business and the reviews are sad. some people lost a lot of money thinking they were receiving free personal training when in fact Physzique fitness was putting unknown charges on people's credit cards for accounts they didn't sign up for. I think it is down right sick that a local business has to resort to these type of scams to keep their doors open, and not only that they are planning on opening a second location here in spokane. I urge anyone that receives a phone call from this business to hang up and go online and report them so they can be investigated. and to those of you who have lost money please see if there is anything legally you can to do to get your money back. I am sure this slimy business has figured out some loop hole but they have to be committing some kind of theft by deception, or another theft related crime.

- If you have a complaint against Physzique LLC you should file a complaint with the Washington State Office of the Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov. You should also file a complaint with the Eastern WA BBB.

- This is about the most ridiculous complaint I've ever seen. Physzique is a privately owned, local-to-Spokane business that ONLY calls people who have entered their drawings or submitted a request online for information. We don't get anyone's phone numbers unless they GIVE them to us. Slandering a business' name because you don't remember giving us your phone number should be illegal. Also, what this person doesn't say is that the "personal" questions they were asked had to do with...why did you enter our drawing? What are your fitness goals? etc. All they had to do was say, "I'm no longer interested, pull me off your call list" and the guy who worked for us then, would have done so.
