I ordered the LeanSpa products without realizing that this company could or would withdraw $479. 00 within a month and half's time. This caused bank charges galore and caused me to have to cancel my credit card. Today I spoke with a representative after 35 wait time (of course 5th time was a charm). The representative Kim claims that LS is no longer in business and that NurtraSlim has taken over their accts. The 5 to 7 business day refund of $200. that should have been processed by LS over 40 days ago was not deposited as stated over and over again by the LS representative Bobby. So Kim (a gentleman) stated that my refund would be processed in...YES 6 TO 8 WKS and MAILED IN 4 $50.00 checks. I PERSONALLY want to give him the benefit of the doubt but something tells me that this is buying the company more time and may just be trying to stop the phone calls for now. Reason being, as I was speaking to this gentleman I looked this up NutraSlim and same thing appears on the google website, SCAM SCAM SCAM. I am in hopes that this man is a man of his word and that I will see atleast $200. of the monies that was SURPRISINGLY TAKEN from my credit card. I will keep you all posted. Let's get the word out people "BEWARE".
