this company was going to help us to get a remodification with a lower interest rate and therefore a lower payment. We payed $2200.00 up front then after repeated denial by the bank. We attepted to collect the promised refund and al;l of their phone numbers and emails had been changed and no longer were we able to contact anyone from the company. What can be done if anything to rectify this catastrophe?
