Paid $2200 for a loan modification with 100% money back guarantee. The loan mod was not executed and they claimed I provided "inaccurate information". After several emails and phone calls an agreement was reached and the loan mod was put through based on the original contract but then later denied by the lender. NMP stated the refund was being processed but then would never return calls or emails. I even posed as a new client interested in doing business and they never responded. I disputed the charges with my CC company and was given a full refund. Cudos to MC!!!
