I called JCPenney's catalogue center to order pull down shades. I did not know that I was also at the same time signed up for Savings Solutions. It is now November 28, 2011 and I just discovered in my bank statement that they have been withdrawing $9.95 every month. I have received nothing from this company and now I am out my hard earned money. They refuse to return a full refund.
