Sent this bunch gold valued at, according to their calculator, £1100.00.
They sent me a cheque for £539.00, no telephone offer, just the cheque.
Told me it would cost £50.00 to get my goods back and they'd send an address to send my cheque and theirs to. That was the 15th November - still waiting for the address.
If you've fallen foul of these scammers make sure you send emails and keep copies. Contact the small claims court and trading standards. Also contact [email protected] - tel: 01273224827. They've had 2 complaints this week so far.

The address they use at 6 Wilmslow Road is nothing more than a mail drop point run by a firm called - Mail Boxes Etc.
Update: 12/02/2011
Finally got my gold back today - after paying the £50 (£41.67 + £8.33 VAT). Took it into town and received £830.00.
