I sent two gold charm bracelets, a ring, necklace, gold seahorse charm, gold bangle with diamonds, and small gold bangle with stars for selling after using their online calculator which offered £1700, however, they offered me only £1200. I asked to have my items returned and they offered me £1500. I still wanted my items back and keep getting fobbed off with tales of how they are still being tested. Today I phoned them again and the number is invalid. I am heartbroken and have the police coming round to make a statement.
