i am 100 percent disable veteran of the army and navy i could not read the a.m. p.m. time and got the time wrong and i arrived at the united ticket agent at little rock arkansas at time 2:30 p.m. and the ticket agent said i miss my flight to chicago, it was in the morning of july 8 at 5:45 a.m. i call cheapoair agent and they told me i would have to pay another $3,000 dollars to get another ticket, i call asiana airline and they told me i would only have to pay a penality of few hundred dollars, i appreciate it if you can get my money back sign earl grant, (Personal information removed)
