after claiming my award for 5,000 points with card # GCC9FB52CF24 redeemed on Saturday, November 18, 2017, I supposed to get a certificate emailed to me and never gotten an email from CheapOair. been calling and could not get anybody to talk to knowing to redirect me who to communicate with.
