ordered the software was told to call a phone number to activate. i called and was told that i needed to turn control of my computer over to this bearly english speaking person. i reluctantley did, he scanned it and told me that the software would not help my problem. he told me that for $200.00 that they could have a microsoft tech. repair it and he kept pushing me to do it. finally refused and asked for a refund on my credit card. he gave me a phone number of 1-800-596-7408 and that gets you no body except a recording that sends you to various websites that get you nowhere.
