In September KGB had a deal on a memory foam mattress delivered for 199.00. I bought this deal. Told i had to take my voucher to manufacturer and order it. I wasn't able to order it through the manufacturer (who is out of the U.K. and this wasn't mentioned int he actual deal placed by KGB deals) as their website wasn't up to par. So I was told by Rose she was entering it in manually.
It is now November 28, 2011 and I still am getting the run around from KGB on where my mattress is. I did give my bed to a couple who needed it (it was a memory foam one as well) as I was under the impression I would have my mattress NO LATER than the end of October. KGB is offering refunds BUT the only problem is I got rid of my mattress that was a memory foam and I can't go back and purchase another one for the price they are saying they will refund.
I feel that KGB should be put out of business. They want to blame the company that made the mattresses BUT it is their job to check out the places they are doing business with so bottom line this is their screw up.
