Dear sir/ madam,
I bought a deal on KGB and it ended up to be a complete rip off.
We booked the panoramic deal for Thursday 20th September, my husband and myself went to the Panoramic Bar, once arrived at the building reception we were told that the Bar was closed. We never received any clarifications or apologies.
I don’t have enough words to express our disappointment, especially because it was a special occasion.
I tried to contact Both Kgb and the Panoramic bar with no answer, please help us to get our money back
