I was contacted by Amy Starks on 10/27/2011 and was advised that I was approved for a $8,000 personal loan but I would have to come up with $875 because of my credit before they can release the money to me. I faxed them over all of my information on 10/28/2011 and advised them that I would have the money to be sent to them on November 3rd... I borrow the money and I wired them the money on 11/5/2011 and I was told that the money would be in the account within 24 hours . I kept checking my account all weekend and the money was never there. I called them that Monday morning and spoke with Heather Bell and she stated that she would have to look into things and call me back.. When she called back she stated I would need to come up with another $600.00 because the adjuster stated that my credit had to much activity on there and I needed to pay for some of the insurance policy that they had on the money. Within a couple of days I sent them the $600.00 and I was assured by Heather Bell that I would be able to get my money that I wouldn't be asked for any more money. I called back Heather Bell the next day and she advised me that the adjuster was wanting more money but she stated that it was crazy... She stated to look for a credit of $1475.00 in my account by November 15 because she thought this was crazy asking for so much money when I was trying to borrow money... Well, November 15th has came and pass and I have called, e-mailed and faxed them for someone to contact me to find out that status of my credit and no one has contacted me and I'm not able to get anyone to answer the phone or the e-mails and I still don't have my money back in my account...
