I have cancelled ongoing product supplies/charges 3 times on line.
Each cancellation was responded to with;

We appreciate your patience and will be responding to emails in the order they were received. Have a wonderful day, and we'll be in touch soon.

How can I stop this recurrent fee?

- You can't stop this as it's all a scam. The best way to do it is to cancel your credit card and get a new one so they dont take any more money out. It happened to my mum (exactly as you have noted) and she has just had another $80 debited from her account. I woudl also contact your bank and speak to them about helping you retrieve the money that they have already taken out. Cancel your card ASAP!!
