The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
This evening I got a call from my credit card company concerning potential fraudulent activity on my credit card. There was a charge submitted to my card for $1.99.
1. I do not know these people
2. I did not authorized the $1.99 (they will later charge $75).
3. I would like to know how they got my credit card #.
I have (will do) the following:
1. cancel my credit card
2. ask my bank to notify other banks about the scam that is going on
3. Notify the FBI about a national scan that is going on
I fully intend to do everything possible to put these jerks in jail.
