No where did the ad/home page for Quibids say that you would be charged $60. It appeared to be free. Then during registration, it asks for a credit card number which I never give out, but it seemed to be a legitimate site. I gave my card number thinking that it was just saving it for shipping charges when I won an item. Next thing I know, a screen pops up with my invoice of $60 that they charged me. I immediately opened my bank account website, and sure enough, they already had a pending charge on it. I contacted a friend of mine at the bank (on a Saturday) and told her what happened. On Monday morning, they will give me a new bank card and dispute the charge due to the fact it is a scam. They owe a lot of people money back for this false advertising.

For anyone reading this, please don't fall into this scam. I cannot believe I have let myself get caught in a situation like this.
