DailySteals advertises refurbished electronics in working order. The prices are low but what you receive is broken items not in working order. If you complainthey refuse to answer the phone. Next they will try to coerce you into paying return shipping fees while they decide IF you will even get a PARTIAL refund. Next they will tell you that you need to contact the manufacturer for an exchange. If you file with Paypal, they still demand that you pay shipping fees to return the box of broken pieces. Throughout this ordeal you will be subjected to snide, rude, arrogant treatment from the goon squad they call customer service. They are especially nasty to senior citizens and seem to find that entertaining. The only honest thing about this seller is the moniker, The Master Thief. SENIORS BEWARE!
