All I could get was their phone number. I bank at one bank.I am the sole signer. My husband banks at a different bank. I received a notice from the bank stating I had an overdraft. My name is the only one on this account. I called this number 877-546-8509 and the woman told me they had been trying to get into my husbands account and they couldn't so they just took the money out of my bank. All I know is this is a loan application. My husband doesn't know anything about owing money to anyone. Since his name is not on my account;this company had no right to take the funds out. This is breaking the law. It gave me an overdraft and I want them to replace all of the money I'm out of. I'm disabled and this is very stressful to me. Please help me get my money back.
