I thought I did a one time payment for grant assist, there was no mention of any kind of recurring payment or other payments to be made. I'm contacting my bank and seeing what other options are available to get my money back and to stop any kind of further unauthorized use of my account.

  • I will contact my bank in the a.m. and see if there are any other avenues open to put a stop to this. This was totally unauthorized and I want my funds back...

  • I'm trying to attach proof of damages, it is in my online account and I'm not sure how to attach this to my claim. will get some help and get it done. I'm out $173.79 from 9/18, 10/18, and 11/18. I had called on 9/24 and was told on the phone I was cancelled, did not do a thorough check on my account until I recently saw a zbelly deduct from my account. My bank put a stop to this unauthorized use of my account. I still want the money they took without my knowledge or permission.
