I contacted them in regards to my fathers death certificate. They told me it would be $55. I forwarded my CC info and got a call stating they wanted me to fax a copy of my drivers license. As I did not feel comfortable with that I was told they could not process my request. I was charged $30 to my CC for "admin fees". They didn't do anything! I called the owner and was told that is there policy. Complete ripoff. I would rather start a fire with my money before I would EVER use this company. BEWARE!

- Hi Harleyflhp, Different states and counties have differing rules about processing requests for death certificates and other vital records. Some require a copy of your driver’s license to be faxed in, which is why we sometimes have to ask our customers for this information to complete the order. As our terms of service explain before you enter your credit card information, the cost of ordering a hardcopy certificate includes a $15 nonrefundable processing fee, and there is a $15 cancellation fee. This is required because of the fees incurred by the service provider.
