Safesslbillpay.com is a fraudulent company run by scammers in China. They use fake clothing and shoe websites and use MasterCard payment system to defraud people. The moment you place an order and money is transferred, they delete you account. Their latest scam was a website www.cime-to-life.co.uk using Hackett-London logo but website was removed after some days as Hacket-London and UK Cybercrime agency were alerted about the scam. These guys are in China and have phone no as well.
