I tried savebig.com after seeing a link for it on a website. When I went to the website they had a video with many happy people holding things they had won through the website. It seemed legite and they offered me free bids for signing up for the service. I was not aware that i would have to purchase bids but I went ahead and gave it a shot. I have won a few auctions and I have not received a single item in the mail form them. I have sent them numerous emails wondering where my items were or how i can possibly get a refund and i have received nothing back. the website claims they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours but that is the biggest lie ever. I just want my money back and the items i purchased either delivered or refunded. This site makes it impossible to win anything because you literally have to be on the site for 3 days straight because when it gets to zero you still have not won. I will never do things like this again but i will keep fighting this company until i am compensated.
