i purchased bids for the penny auction "savebig.com" , i was the highest bidder in multiple auctions wich i then paid final cost of item plus the shipping . i was sent an email stating that my order had been recieved and was being processed , and that once it shipped they would send another email with tracking info. that was the last i heard from them . i never recieved an email with tracking info, never recieved any of the items that i paid for and never recieved a refund . now savebig.com has litterally disapeared . the events occured multiple times through out sept. and oct. with a combined total of $300.00 in damages
