I purchased a extremely rare hand signed Michael Jackson poster signed by himself from this company. Certificates etc etc. I recently sent a photo to a renown company in America to have it authenticated with a view to possibly selling. I am assured by this company it is 100% fake. I have contacted them and had no response. I want my money back.

I have contacted the company and they were very short with their responses and now they won't reply to me.

I have sent them numerous emails I keep getting asked my order number and I respond then nothing. I think it’s time to take legal action
