I have an account with 1and1 internet to hold a domain name which is less than $10/year. Without my knowledge, they changed my account to premium service and charged my credit card $3000. They said they can't refund the money even though they have a 30 day money back guarantee. This is putting a tremendous burden on my finances and I think this is fraudulent behavior by this company. Any help will be greatly appreciated. thank you
