I ordered a grappling hook from them and never received it. I also sent them 3 e-mails and one message on their "contact us" form but never got a response. Being a lawyer myself, I am proceeding to legal actions as this is unacceptable behavior. Never trust them. I wish they would at least respond to my e-mails.
