ordered a product back on 1/31/18. Since then, I have emailed them about 8 times, facebook messaged them twice and the only email I received was "It should be there soon". It's now been 2 months and I haven't received anything and they refuse to refund my money. I called my bank and told them what happened and they issued me my refund. Horrible company that never respond
