I clicked on a link online for a free trial of anti aging serum, only to pay $4.99 shipping. I received the trial shipment but have been charged $11.95. 14 days later and then every month I have been charged $97.41 and $98.41 respectively for the same thing. When questioned, I was offered a 50% refund for the last 2 charges. and told there was nothing else they could do. Once I got a cancellation ref. #, the person just hung ip the phone. This a SCAM!!!
