I clicked on a link online for a wrinkle cream, it stated it was a free trial just pay shipping costs. I recieved the cream and was charged shipping on my account, 14 days later I had a charge for $98.41 on my account that I NEVER authorized, or approved. When I called customer service they tried to say I agree to their terms and conditions and I told her I NEVER saw any of that information when I was ordering the trial product and that furthermore I would NEVER pay for or be able to afford that much money for a face cream. The CS rep first offered me a 30% discount off the the $98.41 and I said no, I want a full refund. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they would tell me the same thing. She kept saying I agreed to the terms and conditions and I told her I did not because I never saw the terms and conditons. She said if I disputed with the bank that the bank would ask for the terms and conditions and once they saw them they would not reverse the charge. I still demanded a full refund. She then offered me a 50% refund on teh $98.41 and I said NO. She then said I had one more option and that was to return the product for a full refund but that it would take up to 30 days to process. That is the option I agreed to. She gave me an RA# and an address. She was rude and hung up on me after she gave me the address. This is a SCAM people!! Beware.
