On the promise of a new website that would bring me sales for my small business I engaged Zoom Web Media. Their people kept changing and it took ages to get the new website on line. Since coming on line My internet sales have come to a complete standstill and all Zoom wanted was to have me pay the ongoing fees for an SEO. That was not part of the original deal. Now I have a site that looks OK but brings me no business. My previous website had no ongoing fees and brought me business from around the world. This new one by Zoom has been a total waste of time and money.
