Called to inquire about a fraudulent charge and john stated I had outstanding bills in which Medicaid covered the full amount. He stated it was my responsibility to let submit the bill to Medicaid. I stated that once registration receives your information it is the companies responsibility to charge Medicaid. Synerprise sent a bill with charges from 2007 appearing under the service for 09/2016. When asked how to handle a fraudulent charge John stated file identity theft. Then I asked how do you guys handle it from there john stated well what about the other bills. I stated send the invoice with those dates locations and amounts then I will talk to medicaid. John stated Medicaid won't pay you have to. I laughed and asked to speak with someone else. I got Shawn he stayed the this is an attempt to collect a debt disclaimer and when he finished I said this conversation is being recorded for legal purposes. Shawn stated this conversation is being recorded and we are not authorizing a recording and hung up. I am consulting an attorney about bogus charges and fraudulent practices.
