An offer for a "gift" due to being loyal customer came - neither myself of my wife noted any "paperwork". Then a billing was taken out of my checking for $98.00. When I contacted the company i was told there was a 14 day window that I could return the gift or there would be an automatic assumption that I was wanting another "gift" every month with an accumpaning $98.00 withdrawl from my account. A phone call to the "Customer Service" resulted in then offering to decrease the monthly cost to $49.00! the person on the phone could only repeatedly read a script that this was their policy. I indicated the i was not concernded about their policy -- I had not signed any contract and that I was demanding to have at least part of the original $98 replaced into my account with no further contact with the organization. I am sure the program that i contacted does "customer service" for other scams also.
