I was asked to take a survey on Amazon.com and if I completed the survey I could buy a watch for 5.99. Very simple transaction, I took the survey on January 3rd 2017 paid the 5.99 for the watch, I received the watch on January the 8th. On January 19th 2017 I noticed a charge to my bank for 98.00. I contacted the phone # posted with the charged and was informed that I had agreed to this, well I informed them this was untrue, and requested a refund, and advised that I would be sending the watch back. Initially they refused, I persisted and finally they said they would refund and cancel all they were saying I agreed upon. on January 22, 2017 I saw a partial refund for 38.00. I went to my bank and cancelled my card, and requested from my bank to dispute this charge. My bank called on Jan 24, and asked me to try one more time to return the watch, I did and after about 30 mins of arguing, I was assured that a full refund would be issued, I will wait and see, if I do receive the refund I will send the watch back, they would not provide a shipping address, I informed them that I would just return to sender in the same package since they would not provide the address. I did contact Amazon and they were not aware this was taking place on their website, I let Amazon know that on Amazon's Customer Complaint section, that in fact I had read a complaint from an Amazon Customer that the same situation had occurred with them also. Anyhow this is a Scam not sure of the company Name. But maybe Allegro from what I am reading on Scam Book.
