Similar to other complaints for this company, my wife responded to a pop-up and was deceived into thinking she was getting a man's watch for $6.99. When it arrived, it looked like a $6.99 watch. Then we got billed for another $99.98 14 days later. My wife has dementia and she doesn't recall where she saw the offer, but she states she did not see any terms about this being a 14-day trial for $6.99 S&H. Also nothing was said about a subscription service. I got the subscription service canceled but they will do nothing about the $106.97 charged for a watch we don't want. I did get an address from them for a return department in Oregon. I returned the watch there today ($7.50) but am not too hopeful for any resolution of the charges. Their website makes the terms very clear, but I doubt that the pop-ups on other sites are that clear. Additionally their "14-day trial" actually turns into only about 7 days since they state the trial starts on the order date and it takes about a week to receive the product. They billed the $99.98 on the 14th day from order date.
