I was unable to travel to the hotel because of bad weather. I called the hotel, asked to cancel, and was told by the desk manager that my reservation had been cancelled, no problem. The charges were nevertheless charged to my credit card. I have made several calls to reservationdesk.com They have refused to refund the money and have emailed me that my case is closed.
