I accepted an offer for a free sample of their Nuriva Skin Care Serum for $4.95. The product arrived approx 2 weeks later. 10 days after that, a charge of $100 appeared on my bank account, which I never authorized. The product arrived with no instructions, no phone number, nothing. When I called the company today, they told me I was to get a free 14 day supply of the product but they sent me a 30 day supply which is NOT returnable once opened!!! Complete scam. I was told my account is now cancelled. My bank was no help at all.
