I purchased the item of sold out this season's U.K brand Jigsaw coat on official site, paid 132 GBP on 2nd January. I have paid very expensive DHL delivery cost as it didn't give any other choice of delivery method as well. Despite that I didn't hear anything back from them although I contacted many times as I needed to the date which will be delivered.
I tried their other address to contact which is [email protected] but it says that address is no exist. So I checked the rate of the company and reached this page, people had same company. Can someone tell me what can I do next? Can I get back any money back via bank? And I hope no more people to be victim. It is not nice start of the year at all.
