I had completed a survey for Telus Communications and for doing so was offered some product choices with the promise I would receive Retinolla products for $5.95 s&h in Oct 2016. I didn't catch the charges until my next credit card statement when I was billed another for the product and also the next shipment which I have returned. I called the number listed on the statement beside Lumoluxe.com which was 16479339329 CYP to complain with the promise they would refund the unopened products. I will call Telus to see if they do offer rewards for surveys. There was no documentation saying I was to be billed anything and the second shipment was autoship. Do not order anything from these jerks.
