International boundaries
Company represented themselves as Royal Bank of Canada and requested incomplete a survey. Once completed I was offered cosmetic creams for 5.99 as a gift for completing the survey. I received them and was charged $179 & $198 on my credit card. The following month was charged again.
This is fraud in addition to being a scam.
